Florian Amon combines an expertise in organizational development with experiences in international cooperation and pedagogy. For OneOffTech, he analyses and accompanies processes in knowledge management and education. His work is based on the belief that successful change processes are participatory, happening from within an organisation and based on well-researched analysis.
Florian finished High School Teacher Training and a Master in English Literature and Sociology. He worked in longitudinal educational research, the Bologna reform in teacher training, and as intercultural trainer and workshop facilitator for various European NGOs.
As Young Professional in international cooperation he specialised in education sector development for GIZ GmbH. As an expert for project facilitation as well as monitoring and evaluation, he continued to work for organizations such as UNICEF, the Aga-Khan-Foundation and the international consultancy SIRIS Academic.
He is currently training in systemic organisational development.
