I look at knowledge management from a creative and artistic background with a focus on theater. I have been working as a freelancer at the GRIPS Theater Berlin, where I engage in theater projects involving children, youth, and adults.
I have extensive experience in designing and conducting workshops and educational activities with different target groups. Additionally, I collaborate with various institutions in Berlin, including the Foundation Berliner Mauer and the Inge Deutschkron Foundation. For many years, I have been an active at GRIPS Werke e.V., where I handle organizational and administrative responsibilities.
In 2023, I acquired a certificate as a Systemic Coach, which has enabled me to bring a holistic and solution-focused approach to my work, helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals.
