Over the past three years the Software has been built with and constantly tested by organizations working for sustainable natural resources management and climate change adaptation in Central Asia.
The K-Link development has been a joint effort between Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), World Bank and the implementing company OneOffTech.
